Peter Souvatzis

Globe Williams Founder & Group CEO

Peter graduated from the Athens University of Law in 1989. Soon after he completed his Masters in International Law at the Monash University in Melbourne, Australia and also earned a degree in Media Communications in Greece. A lawyer by trade, Peter found himself working with a real estate company in Australia. Every time he went onsite for a job, he noticed a lack in maintenance companies needed to do all of the tasks required. Peter found it frustrating to contact each individual facility tradesman. Filling this need, Peter founded Globe Williams International in Melbourne, Australia in 1999 and has since built the company into a multinational and multimillion dollar business. Peter is still an active international law advisor for major legal firms globally. Peter speaks fluent Greek and English and resides in Athens, Greece. Peter is married to Adel and has two daughters Felicity – Mari and Venus- Chrystal.

Chief Executive Officer (Asia/Pacific), Globe Williams International

Spiroulla Polycarpou is the Chief Executive Officer (Asia/Pacific) at Globe Williams International, renowned for her hands-on, lead-by-example leadership style. With an extensive background in Business Management and Administration, she has a proven track record of driving business growth, leading large-scale projects, and optimizing operations across diverse markets.

Since joining Globe Williams International in 2006 at the EMEA headquarters in Athens, Greece, Spiroulla has held various roles across multiple divisions, gaining in-depth knowledge essential for effective leadership. In 2008, she transitioned to the Asia/Pacific headquarters in Melbourne, where she now oversees regional operations.

Under her leadership, Spiroulla has been instrumental in implementing global processes, overcoming cultural challenges, and excelling in project management. She fosters cross-functional collaboration and drives operational efficiency with a steadfast focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

Spiroulla’s dedication to excellence, integrity, and positive attitude makes her an invaluable asset to the company. Fluent in multiple languages, she remains committed to ongoing professional growth. Outside of work, Spiroulla enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends.

John Kalaitzopoulos

CEO EMEA

John graduated from the Piraeus University in Greece in 1992 with a degree in Electronics and Electronic Computers. He worked in major electronic companies in Greece for three years before making the move to Australia in 1993. Here he created in the advertising field as head of a leading newspaper, department for six years. He joined Globe Williams International in 2000 and in 2001 he relocated to Greece as an instrumental piece of the company’s European and MEA expansion and open the first office in Europe, here in Greece as a gup for the rest of the countries and offices, that would follow to be opened, in the near future. He holds the position of a Board Member – International Operations and he is the communication channel between the company’s Auditors and the board of Directors , Globally. John speaks fluent Greek and English and resides in Athens, Greece, he is married also. He likes football and enjoy traveling to meeting new people and different cultures around the world.
