We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Back Office Executive on site to join our Facility Management team. This pivotal role involves a blend of administrative duties, data management, coordination, and client interaction, making it ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are keen on contributing to the smooth operation of our technical services.
Responsibilities:
- Facility administration of multinational clients.
- Organization and project management. Keep an eye on project budget.
- Create and supervise the project budget monthly.
- Constant follow-up of the services in specific facilities emphasizing on regular and periodic operations according to the contract.
- Frequent contact and meetings with Facility officers in order to assure the quality of services.
- Application of the procedures related to the company’s function to achieve great level of services.
- Advisory support to the client concerning service issues in cooperation with other departments of the company.
- Keep the administration aware of the progress of the projects.
- Cooperate with HR department concerning hiring manpower. Participate in personnel training regarding safety and procedures.
- Hand out monthly reports to the administration and the client concerning the progress of the projects.
- Ability to debate with clients and suppliers.
- Collect and analyze feedback regarding competition.
- Ability to present and promote our services to both current and future clients.
Candidate profile:
- Higher education degree.
- Very good level of English.
- Excellent computer knowledge.
- Responsibility, organization and communication skills are compulsory.
- Car driving license.
- Facility or Property Management experience will be considered as an asset.
