- Scope of Work: Our team embarked on an extensive cleaning mission involving 17 industrial CNC machines. These machines encompassed 9 automatic CNC machines and 8 mechanical counterparts. Alongside these machines, we tackled the cleaning of 15 tubs used for emulsion and floor cleaning. All of this was accomplished by our dedicated team of four skilled workers, investing a total of 16 hours spread across two days.
- Precision Cleaning: Our approach was characterized by meticulous attention to detail. We accessed both the interiors and exteriors of these industrial machines, leaving no corner untouched. Our skilled professionals meticulously removed emulsion, grease, and metal shavings, ensuring that the machines were restored to their optimal condition. The cleaning extended to the surrounding floor area, leaving it immaculate and safe.
- Residue Removal: Efficiently eliminating grease and emulsion residues from the machines was a top priority. We employed appropriate agents and utilized cutting-edge water vacuum cleaners for residue extraction. This ensured that the machines were not only clean but also safe for operation.
- Steel Brush Finish: To guarantee a flawless finish, we employed steel brushes to scrub the machines inside and out. The final touch involved polishing with high-quality cleaning agents, resulting in a shine that reflected our commitment to quality.
